The Layers of Feeling is a foundational tool in the Intuitive Emotional Healing framework. It's goal is to get you looking beneath the thought you're thinking for the emotional experience you're having AND any resistance to that emotional experience.

Why is that so helpful?
Because in order to heal our hearts, we have to begin to recognize that beneath each repetitive or tense thought is an unfelt feeling waiting to be felt through so we can go back to being happy, aligned, fulfilled humans. If we don't know how to get from our thoughts to the feelings, we have no way to heal them. So the Layers of Feeling gives you an easy to follow visual to help you move out of the thought, down through the belief, into any resistance you have, through the resistance, and down into the tender feeling that's asking to be felt (that layer is blue and not pictured here).
Ultimately, at the end of this process, when we have identified the tender feeling in blue and we've been able to feel it through competently, we end up reunited with feelings of love, safety, and connection... and probably some relief and liberation as well.

This Layers of Feeling process is something Claire uses in every one on one session she offers, as well as all her workshops and often in her Weekly LIVE on YouTube and TikTok as well.
